Good Morning Friends, we are back in offerplant with a new topics that influence the one's business. and that is Selection of Area for Business in today post we will discuss that which business in better for which area. Before this we already discuss on time based business or best time for diffrent business in our previous post. If you have not read this blog you can follow the link.
Anyway, Let's us start the topic in India basically 3 type of area i.e; rural (villages) urban (town/city) and metro city (highly developed city). There is large gap between culture and living standers of above type of area.
Villagers have more free space, free time where as urban people have less time lots to target to sustain. There are many factor that distinguish the rural life from urban life.
1) Literacy Rate : You must have proper idea about the literacy rate of your targeted area before starting a business specially for education business like (School, College, Coaching, Professional Courses etc. )
2) Population Density : If your business is directly depend on end user / consumer then you must have appox calculation of targeted population and no of people capability to buy your product or use services.
3) Economy Level : It is very important parameter for any type of business. A entrepreneur must have solid survey of area and sources of income and expense capacity.
4) Business Culture : A good investor must have idea and proper knowlege of existing business of that area and there nature.
5) Climate : The climate is also disturb the business in many aspects like Sales, employee, Transportation, Storage, Energy and other resources.
6) Market Demand : Demand of service and product vary from location to location so that we highly recommend the new investor / entrepreneur to study the market their demand and future scope.
6) Political Pressure : Some time the good growing business are affected due to political change or change in government policy. Then this also a factor that vary from area to area.
There are other many factor that affect the Area of Business selection but above mention are majors. After Over all analysis the conclusion is time saving business for urban and cost saving for rural area is best selection.
